John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking outgoing Home Depot Lead Generators to represent our company inside local Home Depot stores. You will engage shoppers, identify potential HVAC needs, and connect interested customers with our team for scheduling appointments.

This customer-facing, in-store role does not require HVAC experience and training will be provided. The position emphasizes building rapport, meeting performance goals, and collaborating with a regional team.

Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual, Spanish or Creole preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, sales or another customer-facing role preferred.
• Comfortable approaching customers and speaking with them in store environments.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing professionally inside an assigned Home Depot location.
• Proactively engage Home Depot customers in friendly, natural conversations.
• Identify homeowners who may need HVAC or home services.
• Educate customers on services and next steps for scheduling.
• Generate and enter qualified customer leads per program procedures.
• Meet expectations for engagement, lead generation and quality leads.
• Maintain presence within designated store areas during shifts.
• Build positive relationships with store associates and leadership.
• Stay informed about Cassidy services, promotions and program offerings.
• Participate in training and regular performance discussions with the Home Depot Program Manager.

Overview:

John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking outgoing and motivated Home Depot Lead Generators to represent our company inside local Home Depot stores.

John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is a career growth driven home comfort services provider that runs a highly successful Home Depot partnership. We need engaging sales‑friendly field‑staff to provide cotton‑soft customer interactions, create connections with shoppers, and move potential leads into our service desk.

This is a customer‑facing, in‑store position focused on starting conversations with Home Depot customers and generating qualified leads for our home comfort services. Lead Generators engage shoppers, identify potential HVAC and home‑service needs, explain how Cassidy can help, and connect interested customers with our team for the next step.

This is not a technician position and does not require HVAC experience. We are looking for friendly, dependable people who are comfortable approaching customers, building rapport, and working toward individual and team performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Represent John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing professionally inside an assigned Home Depot location.
• Proactively engage Home Depot customers in friendly, natural conversations.
• Identify homeowners who may have a need for air conditioning, heating, indoor air quality, or other applicable home services.
• Educate customers on available services and help them understand the next steps for receiving additional information or scheduling an appointment.
• Generate and accurately enter qualified customer leads according to program procedures.
• Meet established expectations for customer engagement, lead generation, and lead quality.
• Maintain an active presence within designated areas of the store throughout scheduled shifts.
• Build positive working relationships with Home Depot associates and store leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of current Cassidy services, promotions, and program offerings.
• Participate in training, coaching, and regular performance discussions with the Home Depot Program Manager.
• Follow all Cassidy and Home Depot policies, procedures, dress standards, and customer‑service expectations.
• Communicate customer feedback, frequently asked questions, and opportunities to improve the program to management.
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive prepared for all scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual (Spanish or Creole) Preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, promotions, lead generation, or another customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Comfortable proactively approaching and speaking with customers.
• Friendly, energetic, and professional communication style.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with different types of customers.
• Goal‑oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a larger regional team.
• Comfortable using a tablet, smartphone, or other technology to enter customer information.
• HVAC or home‑services experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on store and program needs.
