Job summary

Accendra Health in Grayling, Michigan, is seeking a Delivery Technician to deliver durable medical equipment to patients in their homes. The role includes loading and unloading equipment, assisting patients with basic use of devices, and completing delivery logs.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
• At least one year related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of hire.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and picks up medications, supplies and basic equipment.
• May instruct patients on basic use of respiratory therapy equipment and related devices.
• Loads/unloads equipment onto delivery vehicle and completes associated paperwork.
• Maintains patient profiles and reports any unsafe home conditions to supervisor.
• Performs routine vehicle maintenance and reports malfunctions.
