Northwest Respiratory Services, LLC seeks a Dispatcher to join our Eagan operations team. You will manage driver routes, coordinate with service and branch staff, and ensure accurate paperwork and timely deliveries to homes and facilities across Minnesota.

Qualificações

• Prior dispatch experience.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check and drug test.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.

Responsabilidades

• Update, revise, and maintain all drivers routes to ensure efficiency and workload balance.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Branch Managers, and Maintenance to assure timely and proper delivery.
• Process daily paperwork to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Receive daily call-in orders and place them efficiently within drivers routes.
