Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking Route Sales personnel (Class A CDL or trainee) to service Kennett, Caruthersville, Hayti, MO and surrounding areas. On-the-job paid training will certify you to drive and work with local accounts.

You will operate a company vehicle locally, delivering and merchandising products daily. The role is home daily, with a guaranteed base pay and potential commissions as described by the company policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Current Class A CDL or ability to obtain one.
• DOT medical card must be obtained.
• Obtain CDL permit and pass DOT physical as part of training.
• Must be able to complete day-long ride-alongs and training.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers daily.
• Ensure load is stacked, wrapped, and secured each day.
• Collect payments and obtain signatures for cash accounts.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products per company guidelines.
• Maintain professional customer service with all contacts.
• Complete receipts, deposits, and end-of-day paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education

High school diploma/GED

Valid driver's license

Current Class A CDL or be able to obtain
