Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is recruiting a Route Sales Driver to deliver and merchandise our products to accounts in Pomona, MO and surrounding areas. You’ll operate a company truck, secure loads, and maintain excellent customer service while following company policies.

Training is provided, and you can come home each night with no overnight travels. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL, and the ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly.

Qualifications

• CDL A required; CDL training offered.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Able to lift, push or pull 30 lbs or more repeatedly.
• Able to work on foot for 8 hours or more daily.
• Must obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Maintain a clean‑shaven appearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle for product deliveries.
• Secure and wrap loads daily before leaving the facility and after each stop.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Process cash payments and obtain customer signatures for receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
• Complete receipts, deposits, and end‑of‑day paperwork as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
