Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking candidates for Route Sales (Class A CDL) or those willing to obtain a CDL. The role involves local deliveries to accounts, daily merchandising, and on-the-job training to earn a CDL with home daily schedules.

You will operate a company vehicle, ensure safe loads, collect payments, and maintain excellent customer service. Previous driving experience preferred; training provided to obtain CDL and Medical DOT Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Able to lift and move 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand and walk for 8 hours daily.
• CDL Class A or ability to obtain CDL.
• Medical DOT Card required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers daily.
• Ensure loads are stacked, wrapped and secured before departures.
• Collect payments and obtain customer signatures for received products.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Stock and merchandise products according to company standards.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate with clients.
• Complete receipts, deposits and end-of-day paperwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Home daily with no long-haul driving.
