Job summary

Performance Food Group in Wisconsin is seeking a reliable delivery driver to operate a straight truck or van on local routes, delivering and unloading food and related items to customers. You will be home daily, Monday through Friday, with a strong emphasis on safety and DOT compliance.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 6–12 months driving experience, a valid non-commercial driver's license, and the ability to meet DOT medical requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 6-12 months driving experience.
• Non-Commercial Driver's License.
• Meet the medical requirements of the DOT.
• Must be 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform 'pre-trip safety check' inspection of truck and trailer per DOT regulations.
• Drive to and deliver customer orders according to a predetermined route.
• Unload products from the trailer and assist with loading as required.
• Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
• Complete daily hours of service logs in accordance with DOT/state requirements.
• Perform 'post trip' safety check and secure vehicle.
• Keep cab and loading dock area clean and organized.
