Job summary

48forty Solutions is hiring a CDL Driver in Pittsburgh, PA. You will handle local truckload deliveries, mostly drop and hook, with home every night and no handling product. Expect 2-4 routes per shift on a 53' dry van, with 9-14 hour shifts and an automatic transmission.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; home every night.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within 150 miles; 2-4 routes per shift.
• Drive an automatic, 53' truck/dry van for 9-14 hour shifts (avg 10 hours).
