Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to join our nationwide team. You’ll drive a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B) and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites, while upholding safety and service standards.

You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on‑time deliveries and professional customer interactions. We value safety, reliability, and teamwork, with competitive hourly pay, potential bonuses, and annual raises.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
