Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites. You’ll be the face of SRM at each site, ensuring on-time deliveries and professional service.

We offer home daily routes, no Sunday work, competitive hourly pay with overtime, and strong benefits. A Class A or B CDL with a current DOT Medical Card is required, along with the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and coordinate with dispatch.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
