Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions, a growing waste management company in Hays, KS, is hiring a CDL Class B Truck Driver. You will operate a waste hauling truck, lift residential waste, and deposit it into a compactor along routes within about 150 miles of home.

This full-time role offers 10–12 hour shifts, home daily, weekly pay, health and dental plans, retirement matching, and a safety-first culture. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of verifiable Class B driving,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class B driving experience required.
• CDL Class A or B required.
• No more than one moving violation on MVR within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a waste hauling truck within approximately 150 miles of home.
• Completes daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complies with truck driving rules and regulations and company policies.
• Maneuvers trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Lifts and carries residential waste and deposits it into a compactor.
• Inspects vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and reports maintenance needs.
• Reports any defects, accidents, or violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
