Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver to operate a tractor-trailer route with home daily schedules. This role requires a valid CDL-A, compliance with safety standards, and the ability to handle long shifts up to 12–14 hours, including day, night, and weekend work.

Experienced drivers can start at $36.30/hour and receive full health insurance on day one, life and disability coverage, paid time off, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Endorsements: hazmat, tank, doubles/triples within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass company DOT physical.
• Willing to work 12–14 hour days, including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
