Job summary

XPO is hiring a Truck Driver - Home Daily - CDL A. Operate a tractor-trailer (including doubles/triples) with a home daily schedule. Earn $33.45–$41.38 per hour with an annual step progression.

Benefits start day one: health, life and disability insurance, 13 days PTO, 9 holidays, 401(k) with company match, and education assistance. Flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours per day, including day, night and weekend shifts; DOT requirements must be met.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests/refusals in last 3 years.
• Have a DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours a day, including day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
