Job summary

XPO is hiring a Truck Driver for a Home Daily route with CDL-A. Earn a competitive hourly wage starting at $36.30 for experienced drivers, with full health insurance from day one, life and disability coverage, and generous PTO.

The role involves operating a tractor-trailer, loading/unloading freight, and delivering reliable service to customers on a daily schedule that may include weekends. Employees receive a 401(k) with company match, education assistance, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
