Job summary

XPO is hiring a Truck Driver to operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples, on a Home Daily schedule. Expect a strong safety focus, excellent customer service, and opportunities to generate sales leads while transporting freight across routes.

Compensation starts at $28.61/hour with full health, life and disability insurance from day one. 401(k) with company match and education assistance are offered, along with paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21
• Valid Class A CDL
• Safe driving record and history
• Endorsements within 90 days of employment
• Pass DOT drug test with no positives in last 3 years
• DOT Medical Certification Card or pass company DOT physical
• Willing to work up to 12–14 hours including day/night/weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples
• Provide excellent customer service and generate sales leads
• Load and unload freight
