Job summary

XPO is hiring a Truck Driver for a Home Daily route with CDL-A. You will operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles/triples, and provide excellent customer service while loading and unloading freight.

The role requires a valid CDL-A and a safe driving record, with potential endorsements pursued within 90 days. Offers full health, life and disability insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, education assistance, and a respectably structured schedule with day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid CDL-A license.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Endorsements (hazmat, tank, doubles/triples) within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positives in the last 3 years.
• Possess or obtain a DOT Medical Certification Card or company-paid DOT physical.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with 12–14 hour days, days/nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer including doubles/triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
