SRM Concrete is seeking an End Dump Truck Driver in a local, home-daily role. You will operate an end dump truck, perform safety checks, and ensure on-time deliveries to job sites and plants across our network.

Your day includes loading, documenting logs, and maintaining equipment while upholding DOT regulations and our safety standards. We value reliability, clear communication with dispatch, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Strong safety mindset and DOT regulation knowledge.
• Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an end dump truck to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your truck is in safe, working condition.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Load and unload materials using proper procedures to prevent spills and damage.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, plant staff, and customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of your truck to keep it in top shape.
• Adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed to meet customer and company needs.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery-your professionalism sets us apart.
