SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking an End Dump Truck Driver to deliver materials on local routes and stay close to home. A Class A CDL and a safety-first mindset are required, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety.
• Experience operating end dump trucks or similar equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and safety checks.
• Strong communication and a team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing work demands.
• Willingness to complete SRM pre-employment screenings.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate an end dump truck to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your truck is in safe, working condition.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Load and unload materials using proper procedures to prevent spills and damage.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, plant staff, and customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of your truck to keep it in top shape.
• Adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed to meet customer and company needs.
