Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking an End Dump Truck Driver to join our team. If you hold a Class A CDL and value safety, you’ll transport aggregates and other materials to job sites and plants, following DOT rules and SRM safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Clear driving record with a strong safety focus.
• Experience with end dump trucks or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an end dump truck to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your truck is in safe, working condition.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Load and unload materials using proper procedures to prevent spills and damage.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, plant staff, and customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of your truck to keep it in top shape.
• Adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed to meet customer and company needs.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery—your professionalism sets us apart.
