SRM Concrete is seeking an End Dump Truck Driver to join our team in a role that keeps you on local routes and home daily. You will transport aggregates and materials, perform safety inspections, and maintain accurate logs, while following DOT regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Clean driving record with a strong safety mindset.
• Experience operating end dump trucks or similar equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and safety checks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing work demands.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an end dump truck to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure truck is in safe, working condition.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Load and unload materials using proper procedures to prevent spills and damage.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, plant staff, and customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of your truck.
• Adapt to changing schedules and routes to meet customer and company needs.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
