Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking an End Dump Truck Driver who can safely operate a truck and deliver materials on local routes. A Class A CDL and clean driving record are required, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, log deliveries, and communicate with dispatch. The role offers home daily schedules and the opportunity for overtime, with comprehensive benefits and company-matched 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Clean driving record with strong safety commitment.
• Experience operating end dump trucks or similar equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and safety checks.
• Strong communication and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing work demands.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an end dump truck to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure truck is in safe, working condition.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Load and unload materials using proper procedures to prevent spills and damage.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, plant staff, and customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of your truck to keep it in top shape.
• Adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed to meet customer and company needs.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
