Clayton Homes (New) is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating construction. You will present homes, demonstrate features, and convert leads through a CRM-driven process.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a team environment.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class home buying experience by guiding customers to select a floor plan and options.
• Coordinate the construction process and model home demonstrations.
• Set appointments and convert leads from ads and web inquiries.
• Maintain customer files and follow up using the CRM system.
• Assist with merchandising and keeping model homes presentable.
