Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Residential Connectivity Sales Specialist to promote internet, TV, mobile, and voice solutions to residential customers. You’ll prospect and qualify leads, conduct in-home or virtual consultations, tailor connectivity packages, explain product features, demonstrate equipment, and close sales while meeting or exceeding targets.

You will also manage your pipeline in CRM tools and coordinate with service teams to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities
