Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Residential Connectivity Sales Specialist to promote internet, TV, mobile, and voice solutions to residential customers. You’ll prospect and qualify leads, conduct in-home or virtual consultations, and tailor connectivity packages to customer needs.

You’ll explain product features, demonstrate equipment, and close sales while meeting or exceeding targets. You will also manage your pipeline in CRM tools, follow up on leads, and ensure a positive experience from first contact
