Job summary

Middle Flint Health & Wellness is hiring a part-time caregiver to support clients in their homes and community. You will assist with daily activities, transport to appointments, and help clients participate in social and educational activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, or two years of college with 15 credits in social services; keyboard proficiency and a GA driver's license are needed. Multiple shifts available, including evenings and nights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year in a social service-related position.
• Or completion of two years of college with 15 credit hours in a social service-related field.
• Proficiency in keyboard use.
• Valid, unrestricted GA Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Aids clients in their homes and in the community to help them function safely and independently.
• Facilitates activities and provides emotional support.
• Identifies community services to meet clients' needs.
• Prepares clients for appointments and provides transportation as needed.
