Job summary

FLINTHILLS SERVICES INC seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide daily services and support to clients in Career Development and Life Skills, including safety, medication oversight, transportation, recreation, and work readiness activities to develop vocational skills.

Responsibilities include reporting health changes, ensuring client safety, facilitating activities, assisting with budgets and daily tasks, guiding PCSPs, and documenting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and basic correspondence.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Report changes in health status of clients to nurse and document health-related concerns.
• Facilitate age-appropriate learning and socialization activities for clients.
• Assist clients with daily tasks including budgeting and recording receipts.
• Provide transportation in agency vehicles and ensure safety during transfers.
• Maintain client safety and assist with hygiene and mobility as needed.
• Lead PCSP-related activities and document outcomes and progress.
