Job summary

Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Home & Community Program in Mount Vernon, WA. Deliver speech and cognitive therapy in real‑life settings, support community reintegration, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve daily functioning.

Requires Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, active license, CPR, and at least 1 year of experience; W2 PRN role with a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP license in relevant state(s).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of SLP work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
