Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN role in Vancouver, WA and surrounding areas. This position offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities to impact patient communication, cognition, and independence through in-home and community-based therapy.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient interactions, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid state licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
• Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move/transfer patients up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family members.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved patient outcomes.
