Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for their Home & Community Program in Vancouver, WA. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule, hourly pay of $50 - $55, and involves delivering therapy directly to clients in their homes.

Your responsibilities will include developing treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes. Applicants should hold a relevant degree and have effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Washington.
• A minimum of one year's experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional PT in home and community settings.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess the effectiveness of treatment plans.
