Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community Program in Reno, Nevada. You will provide one-on-one OT services in clients' homes and community settings, helping individuals regain independence and improve daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted state license to practice OT.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s OT work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized OT services in home and community settings.
• Improve independence in daily living, cognition, and community participation.
• Develop and implement goal-driven treatment plans.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team.
• Support community reintegration and real-world functional success.
• Perform evaluations and adjust treatment plans.
