Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver behavioral health services in homes, schools, and community settings across Southeast and Central Ohio.

The role requires active licensure in Ohio (LSW or LPC), experience with multi-need clients, and a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. Travel and varied hours support client needs and program goals.

Qualifications

• Active license in Ohio as LSW or LPC is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with multi-need clients and community-based services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments under supervision.
• Engage individuals and families in home/community settings; identify strengths, barriers and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions within licensure; develop trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure continuity of care; maintain documentation.
• Travel within designated service area; participate in supervision and required training.
