Job summary

Snell Home Services is seeking a professional Diagnostic Technician (Residential) to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in customers' homes in Sterling, VA. You will perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups while delivering clear, courteous communication and outstanding service.

We offer a base pay up to $40/hour plus bonus incentives, with total earnings potential above $48/hour and top performers earning well over $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems in customers' homes.
