Job summary

Aire Serv is seeking a Professional Sales Associate/Home Comfort Design to visit customer homes, assess HVAC needs, and recommend system replacements. You will lead with outstanding customer service and manage financing paperwork and heat gain/loss calculations.

The role includes two to three calls per day, some weekends and evenings, outbound lead generation, attending home shows, and weekly training sessions. A valid driver's license is required; 100% training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Prior industry experience is a plus
• Computer literate with word processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to pass drug screening

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes to determine HVAC needs and make recommendations for system replacement
• Lead generation activities including networking events, home shows and outbound calls
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions
• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Complete paperwork including agreements, financing documents, heat gain/loss calculations, installation notes and rebate forms
