Job summary
C.M. Mose & Son, a Southern Home Services company, is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join a growth‑oriented team. You will present and recommend equipment and service options for customers' homes, collaborating with service technicians to close deals.
No prior HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience is required—comprehensive training is provided to help you excel and earn substantial commissions.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
- Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Interact with new, current, and previous customers to provide home comfort solutions.
- Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to help homeowners save on utilities and future repairs while improving comfort and air quality.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and service options.
- Additional duties as assigned.
