You bring your own supplies, own a smartphone, car, and internet access, and you'll follow our guidelines, taking before-and-after photos to protect yourself and clients. Represent the company professionally.

Where We're Hiring

Right now, we're especially looking for people in:

Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tucson, Oro Valley, and surrounding areas.

You'll typically drive 30–40 minutes to your first house and about 30 minutes between jobs. We do our best to minimize long drives and keep things convenient.

Is this a W-2 job or independent contractor? This is independent contractor (1099) work. We do this so we can pay as much as possible and provide you with the best opportunity. That means real support, fair pay, and the tools to succeed. When do I get the $200 hiring bonus? The $200 hiring bonus is paid 90 days after your start date on the next available payday, provided you're in good standing. Do I need to provide my own supplies? Yes, you bring your own supplies. We provide guidance on what you'll need. If there is an issue getting supplies, we have a leasing program to help. How does scheduling work? You pick the days and areas you want to work. We do our best to match jobs to your preferences and keep your commute short. What happens after I apply? If you qualify, we'll reach out within 72 hours to schedule a short video interview. We're friendly, we promise! Can I work with a cleaning partner? Yes! Many of our Care Techs work with a partner. Both partners need to apply separately.
