CMB CLEANERS LLC is seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team and deliver sparkling, comfortable living spaces. You will perform thorough cleaning, manage time efficiently, and provide friendly service to clients on every visit.

This paid position offers growth, consistent schedules, and opportunities to advance. You will work in client homes, maintain high standards and use green supplies when possible. Training is provided and benefits may apply.

Formación

• Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care and sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong time management to complete tasks within scheduled times.
• Excellent customer service and client communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing.
• Follow cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure safe environments.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding and organizing clothing and linens.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment for floors, carpets, surfaces and appliances.
• Assist with outdoor area cleaning when required and communicate with clients to understand needs.
• Maintain housekeeping protocols to ensure consistency and quality in every home.
• Keep track of supplies and equipment maintenance for each visit.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure safe and hygienic environments
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances effectively
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or large items with proper safety techniques
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or entryways
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
• Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistency and quality in every home
• Keep track of supplies and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance during each visit

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with janitorial or custodial background preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
• Excellent customer service skills with clear client communication abilities
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, floor cleaning products, and proper disposal methods
• Attention to detail in dusting, surface sanitation, and overall home cleanliness
• Experience in residential housekeeping management or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous
