Home Instead is seeking a Caregiver to provide companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care to clients in the Los Angeles area. The position offers steady hours, weekly pay, and supportive team resources.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (or relevant certification such as CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN), a valid driver's license, and basic English. The company offers training, holidays at 1.5x, and benefits based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities; bilingual applicants encouraged.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

What you’ll do as a caregiver

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
