Qualifications

• Experience in assisting elderly or disabled individuals.
• Ability to follow written care plans and safety policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Ambulation, bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation.
• Provide companionship, social interaction, and emotional support.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic personal care.
• Document observations and follow the written care plan.
• Ensure client safety and supervise the home environment.
• Escort clients to medical facilities and errands as needed.
