Job summary

Apploi is seeking compassionate home health aides to provide in-home care for individuals in their homes and communities. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship.

You will ensure safety, follow care plans, and support families by delivering respectful, client‑centered care in the Vermont area, including transportation to appointments and social engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care including ambulation, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support meal planning, preparation, and light housekeeping such as laundry, cleaning, and laundry tasks.
• Provide companionship, social interaction, emotional support, and encouragement for mental activity.
• Ensure client safety by maintaining a clean, hazard-free home environment.
• Escort clients to medical appointments or errands and assist with transportation needs.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed by care plans.
• Follow written care plans, report changes to the Branch Manager, and document care provided.
