Job summary

Visiting Angels of York is seeking compassionate caregivers for a part-time role with the potential for full-time hours, offering flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle. Responsibilities include non-medical care, mobility support, and light housekeeping for seniors in York and surrounding areas.

We offer a $500 new hire bonus, weekend premiums for eligible shifts, 401K with company match, voluntary health plans, and round-the-clock support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA license preferred, but not required.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Help with light housekeeping and quiet household tasks.
• Perform transfers, ambulation, and mobility assistance as needed.
• Monitor the client to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the night.
• Provide all other non-medical assistance as assigned.
