Job summary

Visiting Angels of York is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home non-medical support. This part-time role offers up to full-time hours based on flexibility, availability, and client demand, serving seniors across York County, PA.

Candidates must be 18+ and pass background/drug screens. A CNA license is preferred but not required, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA license preferred, but not required.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, getting dressed, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Help with light housekeeping and other quiet household tasks.
• Perform transfers, ambulation, and mobility assistance as needed.
• Monitor the client to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the night.
• Provide all other non-medical assistance as assigned.
