Always Best Care Boerne in Bandera, TX is seeking an Experienced Caregiver to assist elderly clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain safety. You will join a compassionate team dedicated to enhancing quality of life in a home-like setting.

We offer flexible hours, pay range $14-$16 per hour, benefits, and ongoing training. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to support in-home visits and appointments.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per month required.
• Must be willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
• Passionate about helping elderly individuals and making a difference in their lives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and mobility assistance.
• Dependable, Patient, Empathetic, and Trustworthy.
• Must maintain confidentiality and follow instructions.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable Transportation.
• 3 Professional References.
• Pass a Background Check/Drug screen.
