Job summary

Vitalis Healthcare Services LLC in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Home Care Visit Nurse to provide compassionate, personalized care in clients' homes. You will conduct in-home assessments, administer medications, and monitor health status to support independent living.

The role requires a Maryland RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred), BLS, and reliable transportation. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and educate families on care techniques.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
