TRUST HOME CARE INC in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing home health team. You will deliver high-quality, personalized nursing care in patients' homes and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes.

You will assess patients, create care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and families while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience; home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for home visits.
• Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and evaluate patient health status, documenting changes and progress accurately.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Respond to patient needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
