Overview

The Home Care Urology Territory Manager (HCUTM) is a key role within the Home Care Urology Division at HR HealthCare (HRHC). This position is responsible for achieving territory sales objectives by cultivating business partnerships, driving market share and sales growth, and supporting HRHC’s continence care products within strategic accounts, including SCI rehabilitation hospitals, urology offices, spina bifida clinics, and home health agencies. The HCUTM will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate prescriptions and ensure a seamless transition for patients from hospital/clinic to home care.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Strategy
  • Develop and execute account-level strategies to increase HRHC brand awareness and product utilization within Strategic Accounts.
  • Plan daily call routines to ensure appropriate coverage based on sales potential, location, and time.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and implement strategies to meet territory goals.
  • Understand customer environments, decision-makers, and challenges to effectively advance sales.
  • Conduct cost/benefit analyses to support sales decisions.
Sales & Business Development
  • Drive referrals by promoting HRHC’s products and services.
  • Use consultative selling to uncover customer needs and present value propositions.
  • Utilize market intelligence and sales reports to maximize growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas for activities, prescriptions, and revenue.
  • Expand market share from a small base.
Relationship Building
  • Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders to increase product use.
  • Collaborate with DME representatives and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry events to build relationships and support business development.
Clinical Knowledge & Product Expertise
  • Maintain high clinical and technical product knowledge.
  • Perform product demos, patient education, and in-services.
  • Stay informed of industry developments through events and meetings.
Administrative & Reporting
  • Manage customer and account info using CRM tools.
  • Develop and execute plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain records and complete administrative duties accurately.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical/urology.
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and territory management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel (25%-50%), including overnight.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
