Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional clerical experience in an office setting.
• Minimum of three years of professional managerial experience in a related field.
• One year experience in Health Care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment/interview of direct Caregivers.
• Orientation and training for direct Caregivers.
• Manage initial inquiry telephone calls.

Skills

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Word, MS Excel

Experience in Health Care environment

Education

High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred
