AccentCare is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in Lake Forest, CA to arrange Care Partners for home care services. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a pay range of $21.00–$23.00 per hour and coverage over Orange County.

• Scheduling experience in staffing is preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate care partners.

Responsibilities

• Receives requests for home care services and schedules Care Partners.
• Schedules/Reschedules Care Partners based on case requirements and availability.
• Calls client to confirm care schedule and verifies partner understanding.
• Enters and maintains schedules in the ContinuLink system.
• Confirms/updates Care Partner availability/history daily.
• Maintains all client information and performs regular audits.
