At Home Care Partners, the Scheduling Manager sits at the center of our operations. You'll coordinate caregiver schedules, respond to daily changes, and help ensure our clients receive consistent, reliable care. Your work directly impacts both our clients and the caregivers who support them.

This is a fast-moving, high-accountability position where priorities can shift quickly.
You'll spend most of your time in the office, with occasional visits to client homes as needed.

Home Care Partners is a locally owned home care agency based in Lincoln, Nebraska. We provide one-on-one, non-medical care that allows seniors to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Many of the clients we support are living with Dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and other chronic conditions. Our approach is built on thoughtful, quality, and dedicated care- taking the time to understand each client, build trust, and deliver care that is consistent and personal.
