Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year scheduling experience in home care, home health, senior living, or a medical office.
• Comfort using a computer, phone, and email throughout the day.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with home care scheduling software is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build and update weekly caregiver schedules, and fill open shifts.
• Match caregivers to clients based on needs, location, and preferred times.
• Answer calls from clients and families about new service, schedule changes, and questions.
• Help with new client intake and keep client and caregiver records accurate.
• Pull together payroll and billing information each pay period.
• Help our HR team recruit and onboard new caregivers.
• Represent HomeWorks at local community events.
