Job summary

United Methodist Communities, HomeWorks division, Ocean City, NJ, is seeking a Part-Time Home Care Coordinator earning $20 per hour. You will build weekly caregiver schedules, match caregivers to clients, answer client calls, assist with new client intake, manage payroll data, and support caregiver onboarding, while representing HomeWorks in the community.

• Comfort using a computer, phone, and email throughout the day.
• Experience with scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and update weekly caregiver schedules, and fill open shifts when a caregiver calls out.
• Match caregivers to clients based on each client’s needs, location, and preferred times.
• Answer calls from clients and families about new service, schedule changes, and questions.
• Help with new client intake and keep client and caregiver records accurate.
• Pull together payroll and billing information each pay period.
• Help our HR team recruit and onboard new caregivers.

Home Care Coordinator
$20 per hour| Part-Time
United Methodist Communities, HomeWorks division |Ocean City, New Jersey
$20.00 an hour, part time, weekday daytime hours only. Build the schedules that help older adults in Ocean City and Cape May County get care at home.
You’ll join UMC HomeWorks, the home care agency of United Methodist Communities. UMC is a New Jersey nonprofit that has served older adults for more than 100 years and has been Certified as a Great Place to Work for 9 years in a row.

What you’ll do

• Build and update weekly caregiver schedules, and fill open shifts when a caregiver calls out
• Match caregivers to clients based on each client’s needs, location, and preferred times
• Answer calls from clients and families about new service, schedule changes, and questions
• Help with new client intake and keep client and caregiver records accurate
• Pull together payroll and billing information each pay period
• Help our HR team recruit and onboard new caregivers
• Represent HomeWorks at local community events

What you’ll need

Required:
